Non-Profit Professional with 25+ years of web and IT experience.

Who Am I?

My foray into eCRM kicked off in 1993, designing and building the first constituent issue and communication “system” used by the Santa Barbara City Council – on an Apple Macintosh LC 500! In the decades since, I have amassed a record of strategic and technical experience working with eCRM, UI/UX, and donor service technologies to deliver success in government, secondary education, and non-profit sectors.

In my day job as Susan G Komen’s Senior Director of P2P Platforms, I play an integral role in ensuring the organization is using peer-to-peer solutions to their full potential in order to meet ongoing business needs in support of the organization’s mission. Prior to joining the national headquarters team, I spent 6 years overseeing all aspects of the Greater NYC affiliate’s digital infrastructure and technology needs, as well as the totality of their digital footprint, social media, and email campaigns – from strategy to execution. These leadership roles have been the natural evolution of expertise earned while advising and supporting hundreds of organizations across the country in the selection and use of a broad range of solutions from homegrown tools to web apps to complete platforms and SAAS solutions for direct donor, P2P and email marketing needs.

If your organization uses Blackbaud Luminate Online, you would be hard pressed to find similar expertise in the product outside the walls of Blackbaud. I began working with the platform 15 years ago as Team Lead for Convio’s Product Specialist/Web Production Team and later serving as an L3 Support Engineer. I have continued consulting on the platform since.
